Are you a talented and dynamic professional with a passion for driving innovative projects and developing business opportunities? In this multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in managing innovative projects, exploring new business avenues, and expanding our reach to serve our clients better.
Responsibilities:
- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
- Holding product demonstrations for customers
- Establishing clear client retention goals
- Guiding client teams through innovation sessions and training
- Promoting the value of our products and services
- Assisting in creating standard methods and materials
- Reviewing customer complaints and concerns to enhance the customer experience
- Building strong partnerships and networks with clients
Job Brief:
As an Innovative Project Manager & Business Developer, you will be the driving force behind ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and spearheading innovation initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address their challenges, and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our products and services by applying innovative techniques and strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- A proven affinity with Energy Transition & the Future of Energy
- Full Proficiency in the Dutch language
- 2-4 years of work experience as a Project Manager, Business Developer, or similar role
- A BSc and/or MSc degree
- Experience in promoting value through customer experience and brand image
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
- Technical proficiency related to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization
- Experience in managing and supporting diverse groups according to company standards
- Innovative mindset with problem-solving and analytical skills
